සුසී … ඔබ ගැන අපි ආඩම්බරයි …!

ජපානයේ ඔසාකා නුවර පැවැති ලෝක මලල ක්‍රී‍ඩා තරගාවලියේ කාන්තා මීටර් 200 තරගයේ ලෝකඩ පදක්කම දිනා ගැනීමට සුසන්තිකා ජයසිංහ සමත් වූවා ය. ඒ සඳහා ඇයට ගත වූ කාලය තත්පර 22.63 කි. ප්‍ර‍ථම ස්ථානය (රන් පදක්කම) දිනා ගත් අමෙරිකා එක්සත් ජනපදයේ ඇලිසන් ෆීලික්ස්ට ගත වූ කාලය තත්පර 21.81 කි. දෙවන ස්ථානය (රිදී පදක්කම) ජැමෙයිකාවේ වෙරෝනිකා කැම්බල් (තත්පර 22.34) විසින් දිනා ගන්නා ලදි.

Visiting Horizon Lanka Foundation

            The Asst. Secretary to His Excellency the president, Mr. Waruna Sri Dhanapala visited Horizon Lanka Foundation, Mahavilachchiya with some of his officers on 30^th of July 2007.  He made a  discussion with some parents of the students were here and he also visited the Mess Houses to see the transactions of using Internet by the students and their parents of those Mess Houses.

            These days there is a normal weather in Mahavilachchiya. The paddy fields are ripening now.

My hopes in future.

I am in a great anxious to study the new technology of computer. My special ambition is to build a my own house.

MYSELF

           I am Ajith Balasooriya.  My present age is 28 years and unmarried yet. My village is Mahavilachchiyia.  My village is 48 km away from Anuradhapura town.  I am a farmer. In addition to that, I work in Horizon Lanka Foundation as a volunteer. I teach my friends and adults computer technology. In Horizon Lanka Foundation, I work in service room and I render the people a good service.  I have to mention thankfully that I studied computer technology from Mr. Nandasiri Wanninayake, who is the CEO of Horizon Lanka Foundation. During a very short period, I was able to study about the Computer Technology well.
